The Bridge to Prosperity is a tool used by the organization to engage with participants to define how they can thrive in the context of the social determinants of health. Through one-on-one coaching, robust and comprehensive programs, and community spaces dedicated to stabilization, prevention, and transformation, ECS' holistic approach helps participants permanently exit poverty and live the full lives they envision for themselves in their communities.
